Summit Sound System Update

The Sound System Committee is working diligently to get an updated system in place by the beginning of August. We have met with 2 sound system consultants and have one more to go on July 9. We are also very thankful for the assistance of Summit members, and members of the Summit extended family, who have contributed their expertise as well as some funds to get this project moving forward.

 

It is our goal to be ready to purchase equipment and schedule installation by July 13. We appreciate how critical good sound is to the satisfaction and comfort of people attending Sunday services. We are concerned for the needs of those with special hearing needs as well. We are anxious to move ahead rapidly, although also with due diligence.

 

We had to do a bit of research to understand what was needed and find the best sound system provider for Summit's needs. Thanks to all for your patience in putting up with squeaks and squawks and microphones that didn't want to work at all.
