As you have surely noticed, our narthex is looking good as we finish the final bit of plastering after restoring and strengthening the tower! The next project is the sanctuary roof - after receiving several bids, the Trustees and Session have engaged Apple Roofing to replace the roof with high grade asphalt shingles and hope to start work in mid-June. In the next month we'll be sending a complete update of the building work, including financial information. The Renewal Committee has gotten a positive response to the "second round" of outreach letters to extended family and friends of Summit. People have been finishing up their pledges and we’re on track to receive the rest of the money by the end of the year.
