Come learn how to make Papillote de poulet au gingembre et citron vert (Ginger and lime chicken in parchment) with professional chef and Summit member Eric Emery. While the papillotes are cooking, learn how to make a lily, a fan and a water lily with a cloth napkin so your next dinner party will be really special! Bring a cutting board, a small knife, and three cloth napkins: we'll supply the rest. No fee, although a free-will offering will be accepted to cover costs of ingredients.
