Congregational Meetings

There will be a called congregational meeting on Sunday, December 9th for the purpose of electing a congregational nominating committee. This committee will nominate members to serve as deacons, elders and trustees at the Annual Meeting of the Congregation on Sunday, February 3rd, also directly after the service. Attention all committee and ministry chairs! Please submit your reports for 2012 to Angela (angela@summitpres.net) by Jan-uary 25th for inclusion in the annual reports of the congregation and corporation that will be available at the February 5th meeting.
