A congregational meeting has been called for Sunday, March 14th, immediately following the worship service, for the purpose of approving a proposal by the Renewal Campaign Committee for a stewardship and fundraising effort to restore our buildings.
A congregational meeting has been called for Sunday, March 14th, immediately following the worship service, for the purpose of approving a proposal by the Renewal Campaign Committee for a stewardship and fundraising effort to restore our buildings. This proposal will first be approved by the Board of Trustees and the Session, and it’s the final step before launching a campaign: in other words, we are getting permission to ask you for money! This proposal will outline a financial goal, building plans (as specifically as we can at this time) and a timeline. Thank you for your helpful and honest comments during the potlucks, and look for more communications in your mailbox soon.
