Summit Church co-sponsors the showing of this documentary at the Germantown Friends’ Yarnall Auditorium, 31 W. Coulter Street; Friday May 4th at 7:00PM. It explores the fact that the US has the highest rate of incarceration in the world, a third of which is for drug violations. While the majority of drug users and dealers are white, three quarters of prisoners are black or Latino, destroying families in these communities.
