We are at that time of year where we have an opportunity to share what the Lord has given us. We can do this in unison with other Christians world wide on Palm Sunday and Easter. We are in a time of major natural and man made disasters that have upset the world. People in Japan have been devastated by natural disasters and as a result the whole world has been devastated. One Great Hour of Sharing

We are at that time of year where we have an opportunity to share what the Lord has given us. We can do this in unison with other Christians world wide on Palm Sunday and Easter. We are in a time of major natural and man made disasters that have upset the world. People in Japan have been devastated by natural disasters and as a result the whole world has been devastated. Japan as well as others are certainly in need of a helping hand. Why not let that hand be yours?
 

People and animals in the Gulf states are still affected negatively by the oil spill. Not to mention the fact that we do not yet know the needs that will arise as result of the revolutions that are and have been taking place in our changing world due to the human need for freedom. Also, let us not forget Haiti who still cries out for our help. These are just a few examples of present day needs which have consumed the world. However, our willingness and love to assist those in need can be expressed through “One Great Hour of Sharing.” I pray that on Palm Sunday, we open our hearts and our pockets for this opportunity to share what Lord has given us with others who are presently in need.
